Welcome to the latest issue of THE WORKS, the WebWorks.com newsletter.
The last few months have been exciting and invigorating ones for the WebWorks.com team. Our first WebWorks users conference, RoundUp 2007, exceeded all our expectations. And judging from the feedback we received at the conference, and in the days and weeks following, most attendees felt the same way. Over the last few weeks we have also added two new partners to the growing WebWorks partner program and look forward to working with the great folks at Vasont Systems and Suite Solutions in providing the best possible solutions for our joint customers. If you haven't checked them out yet, please take a look at the latest initiative in our continuing customer communication expansion, the WebWorks Weblogs - where I and other members of the WebWorks senior staff will be posting on a wide variety of subjects.
Thanks to all our customers and partners for a terrific 2007 -- we look forward to continue working with you in 2008.
Have a Happy Holiday Season.
Your Content. Your Way. Every Time.

This time last year we posted an online Customer Survey, and although the response was less than we'd hoped for, it did provide us with a lot of valuable feedback on how our customers are using our products and their experiences with working with the WebWorks.com team. The results of that survey were presented in detail at RoundUp 2007, along with a commitment to make the Customer Survey an annual opportunity for our expanding customer base to share their opinions and experiences. In keeping with that commitment the 2007 end-of-year Customer Survey is now available online.
The survey will be active until December 31, 2007. It should only take about 5 minutes to complete, so please take the time to check it out and let us know your opinions. You can access it from either the direct link below or from the Customer menu at the WebWorks.com Web site.
Over on the WebWorks.com Web site we have launched a new corporate blog section. This new section represents another step in our ongoing strategy to improve communications with our customers and to encourage the growth of a vital and informed WebWorks ePublisher community. Over the coming weeks we will be posting news on:
We will also be posting some thoughts on general industry and technology trends.
Contributing to the blog will be Tony McDow (Quadralay's CEO and Founder), Alan Porter (VP-Operations), Ben Allums (Director of Engineering), Jesse Wiles (Senior Consultant) and other Quadralay staff.
Over recent weeks we have been delighted to have two new companies join the WebWorks.com Partner Program.
Just a few short weeks ago we were delighted to be joined by a selection of customers and partners from across the USA and Europe for the first-ever WebWorks users conference. For everyone on theWebWorks team who attended, RoundUp 2007 was a great success and marked a significant milestone in the company's history. The two days of networking and socializing, as well as the user presentations, gave us a great opportunity to build closer relationships with our customers and further develop our new goal of "customers as partners."
The feedback from attendees showed that those who made the trip to Austin for RoundUp '07 found it to be a very enjoyable and valuable experience that not only offered a good variety of sessions, and provided information on the use and future of the ePublisher Platform, but also presented new ideas for them to take back to their companies.
Descriptions of the various sessions are now posted on the WebWorks Web site. RoundUp '07 attendees can use their supplied password to access copies and screencast recordings of the presentations as well as video of the WebWorks Round Table session.
A selection of photographs from RoundUp '07 has also been posted online. You can also check out some of the attendees' own comments and thoughts on RoundUp at here.
If you were an attendee at RoundUp 2007, we'd once again like to thank you for taking the time to join us, and we look forward to seeing you at RoundUp 2008. As so many people enjoyed the location this year, we are currently working with the Intercontinental Stephen F. Austin hotel to secure dates for next year.
Look for the dates for RoundUp 2008 to be announced soon, and make sure to leave a space on your schedule to join us in Austin.
From now through to the end of 2007, WebWorks.com will be hosting a series of online webinars on Delivering Content To Multiple Audiences. Presented by Andrew VanConas, the webinars will be based on his popular session from RoundUp 2007 and cover the use of conditional text, variables, and other audience-specific content.
