Have you ever heard of the phrase: "End Game"? This phrase was coined by a technical writing team to describe everything that occurs after all the documentation is written and multi channel electronic deliverables (HTML, PDF, online help, etc.) must be managed, created and accepted by the final product team. The presentation will discuss the most common challenges encountered during "end game" and will present planning tips for minimizing these challenges to ensure the most efficient and cost effective means to eliminate End Game.

About the Speaker

Alan J. Porter is the VP-Operations at Quadralay which basically means that my team looks after most of the customer facing activities such as Sales, Marketing, Services, Support and Training.
