Orders may be placed by mail or fax by using a purchase order (subject to credit approval). You may also order by phone with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).

Purchase Order Requirements
All purchase orders must include the following:
- Purchase order number
- Terms stated per the guidelines below
- Complete bill-to address
- Complete description of product or service being ordered
- Price of product in U.S. dollars
- Purchasing agent's name and phone number
- End-user's name, telephone number and e-mail address
Delivery:
Electronic (via email)
Terms:
Software: Net 30 calendar days from date of invoice.
Services: 50% due upon receipt of invoice; 50% due upon final deliverable.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds are allowed once the license agreement has been accepted and the license key has been sent.
Each purchase of ePublisher is covered by a 30-day warranty as stated in the license agreement.
Payment Options
Quadralay Corporation accepts checks, money orders or wire transfers in U.S. dollars. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please provide the following information: type of credit card, card number, expiration date, name on credit card, and complete billing address.
