Assisted Stationery Design
The Assisted Stationery service is intended to accelerate the customer learning curve and give our customers a starting point and knowledge to complete the design process and maintain their ePublisher Stationery moving forward.
An ePublisher Master Project and Stationery will be developed by the WebWorks.com Services Team according to detailed specifications and input provided by the customer. The aim is to deliver a functional Stationery that enables the customer to produce valid output with their sample source documents.
Deliverables
The WebWorks.com Services Team will deliver:
- An ePublisher Master project (tested against sample production documents on the Quadralay test system)
- A document outlining settings or changes made in ePublisher
- A sample of output in each requested output format
- A dedicated Web page with links to downloadable deliverables and helpful resources
Hands-Off Stationery Design
The Hands-Off Stationery service is the development of ePublisher Stationery for use with ePublisher Platform. The customer has no direct involvement beyond supply of original output specifications. All development work is solely done by the WebWorks.com Services Team.
Deliverables
The WebWorks.com Services Team will deliver:
- An ePublisher Master Project (tested against sample production documents on the Quadralay test system) in accordance with predefined specifications
Ongoing maintenance of Hands-Off Stationery must either be undertaken by the customer or be subject to a separate Custom Services Support Agreement.
