On-Site Courses

In response to customer feedback and needs we have totally redesigned and rewritten our training courses and now offer a broader range of training for a greater range of users.

The new courses include:

Course#1 - Single Source Authoring (1 Day)

For customers who are about to start new projects or move to multi-channel publishing for the first time and need to consider new or revised content strategies to maximize the automation of their output.

Audience Profile: a general audience involved in the creation, production, and publishing of documentation.

Ideal for Technical Authors, Technical Publications Managers, Document Designers, IT Managers, Policies and Procedures Authors, etc.

Class Size: 2 to 20 people


Course#2 - ePublisher Platform (2 Days)

For customers who have purchased the ePublisher Platform and will be designing new Stationery to drive their online publication process.

Audience Profile: “Document Designers” who will be using ePublisher Pro to build Master Publishing Projects to convert their source documentation for online delivery. It may also be useful for system administrators and senior publications staff to attend so that they can develop a good understanding of the ePublisher Platform workflow and how it fits into the overall publishing process.

Class Size: 2 to 6 people


Course #3 - ePublisher for Authors (1 Day)

For customers who have purchased the ePublisher Platform and will have Technical Authors who need to create and deploy projects based on previously created Stationery.

Audience Profile: This course is primarily aimed at Technical Authors and others whose main focus is on content production.

Class Size: 2 to 15 people


Online Course

Our popular Online Training course for the ePublisher Platform is designed to introduce customers to the concepts of the ePublisher Platform and provide training to enable customers to understand the basic steps required to produce an initial sample project. At the end of the course the attendees will have a working knowledge of the ePublisher Platform and its components, workflow, and usage.

The course is delivered online as two separate WebEx sessions, each of two hours duration. We can accommodate up to a maximum of 15 locations logging in, allowing customers to have the same training session delivered to multiple locations simultaneously if required.
