Confluence: Allow specification of a parent page on deployment

ePublisher correctly replicates TOC page hierachies when pages are deployed to Confluence servers. However, ePublisher previously did not provide an option to specify a parent page, such as "Home" upon deployment.

Manually relocated deploy pages under the desired parent page via the Confluence adminitration UI.

Previous default setting triggered build failurees if topics were missing from source DITA maps. Now, be default, processing will occur even when missing topics are present.

FrameMaker: FrameMaker 9 crashes when Page Rounding is set to "Don't Change Page Count"

ePublisher may report "Failure generating WIF" and your FrameMaker 9 instance may crash when conditional text settings are updated. This occurs when the source document content requires the creation of additional pages, but the Page Rounding setting is configured as "Don't Change Page Count".

Workaround: Modify source FrameMaker files to use the "Delete Empty Pages" document setting.
