About DHTML

Dynamic HTML allows the user to produce HTML output that conforms to the HTML 4 and XHTML 1.0 standards and uses Cascading Style Sheets that conform to the CSS1 standard. HTML 4 became a W3C recommendation in 1997. XHTML became a W3C recommendation in 2000.
