Example Projects and Stationery

There are 3 ready-to-open example projects along with 3 ready-to-use stationeries packaged with the ePublisher Express component. These files are available to introduce you to ePublisher and some of its publishing capabilities.

Try the Example Projects

Step 1: Open Project File
File -> Open ...
My Documents -> ePublisher Express Projects -> project.example1 -> project.example1.wrp
Step 2: Synchronize with Stationery
Respond "OK" (optional) to dialog: "Would you like to synchronize it with the stationery now?". This updates your project to any changes in the Stationery.
Step 3: Generate Output
Project -> Generate All
Step 4: View Results
Double-click "toc.html" in "Output Explorer" window.
Step 5: Save Project
File -> Save

Try Adding a Source Document

Step 1: Open Project File
Project -> Add Document ...
My Documents -> ePublisher Express Projects -> project.example1 -> source-docs -> sample1 -> source_template.doc
Step 2: Generate Output
Project -> Generate All
Step 3: View Results
Double-click "toc.html" in "Output Explorer" window.
Step 4: Save Project
File -> Save

Try Creating a New Project From the Example Stationery

Step 1: Create Project from Stationery
File -> New Project
Set Standalone Stationery to: My Documents -> ePublisher Stationery -> stationery.example1 -> stationery.example1.wxsp
Step 2: Add Source Documents
Project -> Add...
My Documents -> ePublisher Express Projects -> project.example1 -> source-docs -> sample1 -> source_template.doc
Step 3: Save Project
File -> Save
