NOTE TO REVIEWERS: We should sort through and figure out what goes in a Troubleshooting Images section of the Producing Output Based on Stationery chapter and what goes here as notes and instructions. We did not have time to do this work for the 2008.2 or 2009.2 releases.

(pull from Salesforce solution) This section should cover tips 1 and 2 from "The first step to resolving problems with your output". Ideas to cover:

* Images not getting updated

* Images not rendering correctly, Blurry/distorted images

* Clearing the cache

* Deleting the Data and Output folders

* Missing images

* If one error-prone image, delete and replace it in source, open and resave it in graphics app, reinstall the Rasterizer by deleting it from your system's Printers folder, and then running the ePublisher Pro installation MSI (choose 'Repair').
