Pricing for AI-assisted help.

Three plans for the AI Assistant in your Reverb 2.0 published help. Every plan meters the same way — a typical question costs about a nickel, and the plan you pick decides how much of it is already paid for.

The plans · 01

Three plans, one metering rate.

Building, configuring, and testing Assistants is unlimited on every plan. What the plans change is how many Assistants you can switch to In Deployment, how much usage is included each month, and whether the chat carries a WebWorks badge.

Usage rates · 02

What a question costs.

Assistants answer on one of three rungs. The rung is yours to choose per Assistant, and the rate is the same on every plan — a Pay-As-You-Go question and an Enterprise question cost the same.

Swift ~1¢ per typical question · High-volume FAQ
Standard · Most common ~5¢ per typical question
Advanced ~17¢ per typical question · Deep reasoning

Higher reasoning effort can raise a question's cost roughly 2–4×, so the figures above are the typical case rather than a ceiling.

Preview shows your exact costs before you pay anything. Run the questions your readers actually ask, against your own Knowledge Base, and read the price of each answer before an Assistant goes In Deployment.

How the numbers work.

A typical question
Per-question prices are estimates for a typical grounded question, and the rate is the same on every plan. The ~5¢ used throughout the plan comparison is the Standard rung; each rung carries its own figure on the rates card above. What an answer actually costs varies with the rung you pick and the reasoning effort you set, which is why Preview exists.
Allowances reset monthly
Included usage resets at the start of each monthly period and does not carry over. The allowance is the same on either billing interval. Question counts beside an allowance are illustrative ceilings, not entitlements.
Knowledge storage
The first 100 MB of Knowledge Base storage is free. Beyond that, storage draws from the same included credits your questions do — one allowance covering both, metered on the same basis. A large Knowledge Base spends part of the monthly allowance before its first question.
Cost controls
Budgets, spend caps, and auto-top-up are on every plan, including Pay-As-You-Go. You set the daily ceiling an Assistant may spend against; when it reaches that ceiling, public chat pauses and you get an email. The worst case stays bounded, and the controls are yours.
All pricing is introductory
Plan prices, included allowances, and per-question rates are introductory and reviewed on a regular cadence.
